Lt. Kolinski Gifting

We were honored to gift Lt. Kolinski of Chicago Fire Department Firefighters Union – Local 2
S23F President Shenan and Secretary Andie were touched to present the Gifting to Walter while surrounded by his wife Michelle and his 4 children.

His sister Karen initiated the Gifting process, and Capt Mike Balnis served as liaison as we coordinated the Gifting up on stage at the fundraiser attended by several hundred family and friends.
